We will have a new speaker discussing lakes in and around Florida and Polk County, and the was the lakes affect us and how we affect the lakes.<br /><br />Also, if you have not, we need membership renewals in. Subscribe to this by hitting the subscribe button, and you will be notified of all posts.<br /><br />We had our June annual meeting at Lake Wales Country Club, hosted by Jim Rowland, June 25th. We had low turnout, but thanks to those who attended.We discussed future meeting sites, but the most important thing we discussed was alternate meeting times. With tight schedules and even tighter labor budgets, we wondered if less labor had all of us working more on the course, leaving less time for meetings in the mid day. So if anyone has any thoughts on this, please give them. <br /><br />Membership is due. Please return forms ASAP.
